摘　　要：肺癌患者术后存在肺组织受损、肺功能下降等问题,是影响患者康复进程的主要因素。科学有效的肺康复管理是促进患者疾病康复的重要措施,数字健康技术为肺癌患者术后肺康复管理提供了新模式。文章介绍了数字健康技术相关概念,总结了数字健康技术在肺癌患者术后肺康复训练、体征监测、肺功能评估、健康教育、心理支持等方面的应用优势,同时对应用过程中面对的挑战进行分析并提出展望,以期为数字健康技术在肺癌患者术后肺康复中的进一步应用提供借鉴。Postoperative lung tissue damage and decreased lung function are the main factors affecting the recovery process of lung cancer patients.Scientific and effective lung rehabilitation management is an important measure to promote patient disease recovery,and digital health technology provides a new model for postoperative lung rehabilitation management of lung cancer patients.This article reviews the relevant concepts of digital health technology and its current application advantages of training,signs monitoring,pulmonary function assessment,health education and psychological support in postoperative lung rehabilitation management of lung cancer patients.At the same time,it summarizes the challenges faced in the application process and puts forward prospects,in order to provide reference for the application of digital health technology in postoperative lung rehabilitation management of lung cancer patients.
