摘　　要：ICU患者存在病情危重、谵妄和睡眠障碍等高风险的特点,以人文关怀为核心理念的疗愈环境有助于促进患者身心康复,并对医护人员产生积极影响。文章对疗愈环境概念发展、理论机制以及ICU疗愈环境实践现状进行综述,并提出展望,以期为优化ICU环境提供参考。Patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU)are at high risk for critical illness,delirium and sleep disorders.A healing environment layout centered on human care philosophy contributes to promoting the physical and mental recovery of patients and has a positive impact on healthcare providers.This paper reviews the development of the concept of a healing environment,theoretical mechanisms and the current situation of the practice of ICU healing environment and puts forward the prospect,in order to provide reference for the optimization of the environment layout of hospital ICU.
