摘　　要：发展新质生产力是建设农业强国的重要抓手,为新时代新征程进一步推动农业高质量发展指明了前进方向并提供了源动力。农业新质生产力是颠覆性技术、新兴要素、高效集约模式和政策改革的一体综合。从新质生产力与农业强国建设的逻辑关联和作用途径来看,农业新质生产力通过改善全要素生产率夯实供给保障、引领创新驱动方向保障科技装备、带动数字智能服务强化经营体系、增强风险管控能力提高产业韧性、整合“产购储加销”提升竞争力。新质生产力赋能农业强国并非一帆风顺,特别是面临农业科技有效供给不足、企业创新能力不强、农业农村人才短缺、金融政策创新支持欠缺、新兴要素开发利用不充分等问题。为加快农业强国建设,应以供给保障为底线,增强新质生产力适用性;以科技装备为引擎,增强新质生产力原创性;以经营体系为重点,增强新质生产力广惠性;以产业韧性为导向,增强新质生产力完备性;以竞争力为目标,增强新质生产力针对性。Developing new quality productive forces is an important lever for building a strong agricultural country,which further points out the direction and provides the driving force for promoting high-quality agricultural development in the new era.The new agricultural quality productivity represents a comprehensive integration of disruptive technologies,emerging factors,efficient and intensive models,and policy reforms.Based on the essence of the connotation of building a strong agricultural country,the article explains the connotation,logical connection and ways of action between new quality productivity forces and building up strength in agriculture of a nation.The paper proposes that new quality productive forces can strengthen supplying by improving Total Factor Productivity,leading innovation direction to ensure technological equipment,driving digital intelligent services to strengthen the management system,enhancing risk control capabilities to improve industrial resilience,and integrating"production,purchase,storage,processing and sales"to enhance competitiveness.However,development path is not always smooth,especially in the face of challenges such as inadequate effective supply of agricultural science and technology,weak enterprise innovation capabilities,a shortage of talent in agriculture and rural areas,insufficient innovative financial policy support,and inadequate exploitation and utilization of emerging factors.Therefore,we should focus on supplying,technological equipment,business system,industrial resilience and competitiveness by enhancing the suitability,creativity,universality,completeness and pertinence of new quality productive forces.
