新质生产力驱动乡村产业融合发展的机理与路径

摘　　要：新质生产力的崛起为乡村经济注入了新的活力,推动了乡村产业的融合发展。在新质生产力与新型生产关系的共同作用下,我国乡村技术、资本、管理和资源等要素实现了优化重组与创新配置。尽管农业及相关产业的融合发展已取得显著成效,但仍面临一些挑战,如产业链条上农业产业结构失衡、价值链条上生产要素约束明显、增收链条上利益联结机制松散等问题。以科技创新为核心的新质生产力,能够通过数实融合、科技渗透以及制度变革,推动产业发展方式转变,重塑乡村产业结构,拓展乡村产业功能,从而有效促进乡村产业的深度融合。为进一步发挥新质生产力在乡村产业融合中的驱动作用,必须强化科技创新以加速二三产业发展,激发要素活力以壮大新型经营体系,完善支持体系以优化政策执行环境,从而不断加快农业农村现代化进程。The emergence of new quality productive forces has infused new vitality into the rural economy and serves as a robust catalyst for the integrated development of rural industries.Driven by the combination of new quality productive forces and new production relations,factors such as technology,capital,management,and resources in rural China have undergone optimal reorganization and innovative allocation.Despite significant achievements in the integrated development of agriculture and related industries,several challenges persist,including imbalances in agricultural industrial structures along the production chain,obvious constraints on production factors along the value chain,and loose interest-connection mechanisms along the income-generation chain.New quality productive forces,centered around scientific and technological innovation,can drive transformations in industrial development models through digital-physical integration,technological infiltration,and institutional reforms,thereby effectively promoting deep integration within rural industries.To further leverage the driving role of new quality productive forces in rural industrial integration,it is imperative to strengthen scientific and technological innovation to accelerate the development of secondary and tertiary industries,stimulate the vitality of factors to enhance the new management system,improve the support system to optimize the policy implementation environment,and accelerate the process of agricultural and rural modernization.
