摘　　要：内框纸定长切割系统主要是针对机型的内框纸送纸结构而设计改造,其作用是通过伺服控制保障内框纸上的图案商标(相对切割完毕的内框纸)总是处于烟包规定的位置。通过设计改造后可实现内框纸送纸机构精确、稳定的送纸功能,同时当补偿失败后也会自动剔除这一张不合格的内框纸,从而最大限度的保证烟包产品质量。该系统为主机的辅助跟随控制系统,操作上无需进行独立的控制操作,在设定好各类参数后,该系统可自动进行补偿控制。The GDX2 inner frame paper fixed length cutting system is mainly designed and modified for the inner frame paper feeding structure of the GDX2 model.Its function is to ensure that the pattern trademark on the inner frame paper(relative to the cut inner frame paper)is always in the specified position of the cigarette package through servo control.After design and transformation,the precise and stable paper feeding function of the inner frame paper feeding mechanism can be achieved.At the same time,when the compensation fails,this unqualified inner frame paper will be automatically removed,thereby maximizing the quality of cigarette packaging products.This system is an auxiliary following control system for the host,without the need for independent control operations.After setting various parameters,the system can automatically perform compensation control.
