摘 要:采用矿渣和硅灰复掺磷石膏制备人造骨料,优化了矿渣-硅灰-磷石膏基人造骨料的工艺配方,考察了骨料干密度对浸出液中氟和磷含量的影响,测试了骨料的产品性能,表征了骨料的形貌和结构特征。实验结果表明:当磷石膏含量(w)80%、水泥含量(w)5%、矿渣含量(w)6%、硅灰含量(w)9%时,所制备的矿渣-硅灰-磷石膏基骨料经28 d养护后,筒压强度为5.34 MPa、1 h吸水率为8.4%、堆积密度为929 kg/m^(3),满足《轻集料及其试验方法第1部分:轻集料》(GB/T 17431.1—2010)中密度等级1000的要求;随着骨料干密度的增大,浸出液中磷和氟的含量大幅下降,当干密度大于1.85×10^(3) kg/m^(3)时,浸出液中磷未检出,当干密度为(1.10~2.10)×10^(3) kg/m^(3)时,浸出液中氟含量为3.57~4.48 mg/L。表征结果显示:矿渣-硅灰-磷石膏基骨料中存在大量水化硅酸钙凝胶、难溶共晶磷、少量钙矾石晶体和结晶态水化硅酸钙,这些产物分散交织并填充在骨料微结构中,提高了骨料的强度,阻滞了磷和氟的溶出。Artificial aggregates were synthesized using a mixture of slag,silica fume,and phosphogypsum,and the formulation of slag-silica fume-phosphogypsum-based artificial aggregates was optimized to investigated the influence of dry density on the fluorine and phosphorus content in the leachate,as well as the performance of the aggregates.The morphological and structural characteristics of the aggregates were examined.Experimental results showed that when the formulation consisted of 80%(w)phosphogypsum,5%(w)cement,6%(w)slag,and 9%(w)silica fume,the prepared slag-silica fume-phosphogypsum-based aggregates has a cylinder compressive strength of 5.34 MPa,water absorption rate of 8.4%within one hour,and the bulk density of 929 kg/m^(3) after cured for 28 days,meeting the medium density grade 1000 requirements outlined in GB/T 17431.1–2010.As the dry density of the aggregates increases,the phosphorus and fluorine content in the leachate decreased significantly.When the dry density exceeds 1.85×10^(3) kg/m^(3),phosphorus is no longer detectable in the leachate.For dry densities between 1.10×10^(3) and 2.10×10^(3) kg/m^(3),the fluorine content ranges from 3.57 to 4.48 mg/L.Characterization results indicate that the slag-silica fume-phosphogypsum-based aggregate contains significant amounts of calcium silicate hydrate gel,insoluble eutectic phosphorus,and small quantities of ettringite and crystalline calcium silicate hydrate.These compounds are dispersed,interwoven,and filled within the aggregate microstructure,contributing to improved aggregate strength and suppressing the release of phosphorus and fluorine.
