摘  要:赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中产生的强碱性工业固体废弃物,赤泥的强碱性不仅对生态环境产生严重危害,还制约了赤泥资源化再利用。在实验室研究的基础上,搭建处理规模为10 L的小试装置,模拟工业烟气,开展了烟气CO_(2)拜耳法赤泥湿法脱碱工艺研究。实验结果表明,在常温、固液质量比为1∶20的条件下,将CO_(2)体积分数为10%、CO_(2)流量为0.20 m^(3)/h的模拟烟气通入加有CaCl_(2)添加剂(Ca^(2+)加入量1%(w))的赤泥浆液中反应30 min,脱碱效果最佳,赤泥浆液pH降至6.70,赤泥固体Na^(+)脱除率为16.3%,赤泥浆液上清液Na^(+)溶出率为1.33,CO_(2)吸收量为31.52 g/kg。将烟气CO_(2)赤泥湿法脱碱工艺与氧化铝生产企业现有生产工艺有机结合,为企业碳减排与固废减量协同治理技术的探索提供了新思路。Red mud is a strongly alkaline industrial solid waste produced by alumina enterprises.The strong alkalinity of the mud not only poses a serious threat to the ecological environment but also hinders the resource utilization of the red mud.Based on laboratory research,a small pilot test platform with a treatment scale of 10 L was built,and industrial flue gas was simulated to carry out the study on the wet dealkalization of red mud by flue gas CO_(2).The experimental results show that under the condition of room temperature and a solid-liquid mass ratio of 1∶20,when the simulated flue gas with a CO_(2) volume fraction of 10%and CO_(2) flow rate of 0.20 m^(3)/h is fed into red mud slurry with CaCl_(2) additive(Ca^(2+)addition amount 1%(w))for 30 min,the dealkalization effect is the best.The pH of red mud slurry is reduced to 6.70,and the Na^(+)removal rate in the solid is 16.3%.The Na^(+)dissolution rate in the supernatant is 1.33,and the CO_(2) absorption rate is 31.52 g/kg.The organic combination of wet dealkalization of red mud by flue gas CO_(2) with the existing production process of alumina enterprises can provide a new idea for the exploration of collaborative treatment technology for carbon emission reduction and solid waste reduction in enterprises.
