摘 要:针对化工园区设备防护等涂料使用过程中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放问题,选取某典型化工园区为研究对象,对其中38家企业内部和公共管廊的涂刷作业开展了详细调研,并建立了相应计算模型,量化了涂料使用过程的VOCs排放。结果表明:2021年,该园区各类涂料的年使用总量为220.16 t,其中企业内部涂刷作业中环氧树脂涂料的使用量占比最高,达55.47%,其次是丙烯酸树脂涂料和聚氨酯涂料,占比分别为19.92%和15.17%;水性涂料在园区的使用比例相对较低,仅占涂料年使用总量的17.1%;涂料使用过程VOCs年排放总量为53.21 t,其中87.56%来自企业内部涂刷作业,12.44%来自公共管廊涂刷作业,单个企业平均VOCs年排放量为1.23 t,与一家一类汽修企业的排放水平相当;涂料使用过程VOCs排放量约占园区企业排污许可总量的4.03%,总的臭氧生成潜势约为99.28 t,排放贡献不容忽视。To address the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during the use of coatings for equipment protection in chemical industry parks,a typical chemical industry park was selected as the research object.A detailed investigation was carried out on the painting operations within 38 enterprises and on the public pipe racks therein,and a corresponding calculation model was established to quantify the VOCs emissions during the use of coatings.The results show that in 2021,the total annual amount of various coatings used in the park is 220.16 t.Among the painting operations within enterprises,the proportion of epoxy resin coatings used is the highest,reaching 55.47%,followed by acrylic resin coatings and polyurethane coatings,with proportions of 19.92%and 15.17%,respectively.The proportion of water-based coatings used in the park is relatively low,accounting for only 17.1%of the total amount of coatings used.The annual VOCs emissions during the use of coatings are approximately 53.21 t,of which 87.56%originate from the painting operations within enterprises and 12.44%from the painting operations on public pipe racks.The average annual VOCs emissions of a single enterprise is 1.23 t,which is equivalent to the emission level of a first-class automobile repair enterprise.The VOCs emission during the use of coatings accounts for approximately 4.03%of the total pollutant discharge amount permitted for enterprises in the park,and the total ozone formation potential is approximately 99.28 t.Their contributions to emissions cannot be ignored.
