摘　　要：文化是国家和民族的精神世界,是关乎国本、国运的重要领域。在世界百年未有之大变局的背景下,面对严峻复杂的国际国内形势,党的二十届三中全会通过《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》,明确全面深化文化体制机制改革的重要任务。从“何以要为”的视角厘清全面深化文化体制机制改革的现实逻辑理路,足以验证这正是立足强国建设、民族复兴的能然之举,是关乎中国共产党治国理政的实然之策,是回应人民至上理论的必然之循,是着眼赓续中华文脉、推动文化繁荣的应然之路,对推动新时代新征程文化改革发展以及中国式现代化建设指明了前进方向。Culture is the spiritual world of a country and nation and is an important field related to the foundations and fortunes of a nation.In the context of the century-long unprecedented great changes in the world,facing the severe and complex international and domestic situation,the Third Plenary Session of the 2Oth CPC Central Committee passed the"Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization"and clearly stated the important task of comprehensively deepening the reform of the cultural system and mechanism.From the perspective of"why to do it,"clarifying the logical trajectory of comprehensively deepening the reform of the cultural system and mechanism is enough to prove that this is a natural move based on the goal of building a strong country and national rejuvenation,a practical strategy of the Communist Party of China's governance of the country,a necessary course of responding to the people-centered theory and an inevitable path of continuing the Chinese cultural heritage and promoting cultural prosperity.It provides guidance for the advancement of cultural reform and development in the new era and the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
