摘 要:供配电设施是基础民生保障之一,一旦发生内涝,则很可能造成电网被迫停电、设备损坏等重大损失。在供配电系统防涝风险评估的基础上开展供配电系统防涝工作,是供配电系统防涝的重要保障,也是当前所面临的紧迫问题。本文旨在提供一套线性加权算法,对供配电系统防涝进行风险评估,从而为建筑供配电系统防涝选址、防涝措施、监测预警等要求的选择性和必要性提供科学支撑,保证供配电系统防涝经济有效。Electrical facilities are one of the basic people's livelihood security,once waterlogging occurs,it is likely to cause heavy losses such as forced power failure,equipment damage and so on the risk assessment of the electrical waterlogging prevention is an important guarantee for the electrical waterlogging prevention,and also an urgent problem faced at present.This paper aims to provide a set of linear weighting algorithm to assess the risk of electrical waterlogging prevention,so as to provide scientific support for the selectivity and necessity of the site selection,waterlogging prevention measures,monitoring and early warning,so as to ensure the economy and effectiveness of electrical waterlogging prevention.
