摘　　要：本文以某行政办公区智能楼宇设计为例,通过建筑舒适节能技术案例,提出了一体化的楼宇自控平台系统架构,并对一体化平台的网络结构、数据互联、控制方式等主要技术特点进行了比较分析,实现建筑能效、设备控制、数据采集等各项功能互联互通和数据共享。Taking the intelligent building design of an administrative office area as an example,this paper puts forward an integrated building automatic control platform system architecture through a case of building comfort and energy-saving technology,and compares and analyzes the main technical characteristics of the integrated platform,such as network structure,data interconnection and control mode,so as to realize the interconnection and data sharing of building energy efficiency,equipment control,data collection and other functions.
