摘 要:本文以某万达商业广场改造项目为例,探讨电气改造设计的关键点和难点。通过分析现状、现场探勘和规范梳理,提出改造设计方案,旨在提升电气系统的安全性和可靠性,同时充分考虑改造的经济性,为城市更新项目提供参考。改造项目进行设计时,首先要收集原有设计资料并进行现场踏勘确认原始资料的正确性。很多现场实际情况和竣工图纸存在较大偏差,所以现场踏勘、详细了解现场情况是改造设计的重中之重。其次就是确定改造后项目所需的用电容量和用电负荷等级。再次则需要梳理供配电干线路径,为后期的施工图设计打下基础。This article takes a Wanda Commercial Plaza renovation project as an example to explore the key points and difficulties of electrical renovation design.By analyzing the current situation,conducting on-site exploration,and standardizing,a renovation design plan is proposed with the aim of improving the safety and reliability of the electrical system,while fully considering the economic feasibility of the renovation,providing reference for urban renewal projects.When designing a renovation project,the first step is to collect the original design data and conduct on-site surveys to confirm the correctness of the original data.There is a significant deviation between the actual situation on site and the completion drawings,so on-site inspection and detailed understanding of the site situation are of utmost importance in renovation design.The next step is to determine the required electricity capacity and load level for the renovated project.Once again,it is necessary to streamline the path of power supply and distribution trunk lines,the later construction drawing design is relatively smooth.
