摘  要:文章从资源、环境、社会经济3个方面出发,构建适用于钱塘江河口生态系统资源环境承载力的评价指标体系。运用专家打分法确定各个指标权重,并将每个指标的评价等级划分为“优”“良”“一般”“较差”。运用此评价标准,对2012—2021年10年间钱塘江河口生态系统资源环境承载力及细分指标进行了定量分析。结果显示:随着严格管控围填海、近海污染整治行动和海洋生态修复等措施的实施,2012—2021年钱塘江河口生态系统资源环境承载力在0.553~0.605之间波动,波动幅度不大,表现为良好水平,整体处在可载状态,但是生态环境承压能力指数涉及的悬浮物、无机氮和活性磷酸盐指标表现较差,处在过载状态,需要予以关注。From the perspectives of resources,environment,and socio-economic factors,a com-prehensive evaluation index system for the resource and environmental carrying capacity of theQiantang River estuary ecosystem was constructed.The weights of each index were determinedusing the expert scoring method,and evaluation grades such as"excellent,""good,""fair,"and"poor"were assigned to each indicator.Applying this evaluation standard,a quantitative anal-ysis of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Qiantang River estuary ecosystemand its sub-indicators was conducted for the decade from 2012 to 2021.The results indicate that,with the implementation of strict control measures for reclamation,nearshore pollution control,and marine ecological restoration,the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Qiantang River estuary ecosystem fluctuated between 0.553 and 0.605 during 2012—202l,showing a rela-tively stable level and overall sustainable condition.However,the ecological carrying capacity indexrelated to suspended solids,inorganic nitrogen,and labile phosphate exhibited poor performance,indicating an overloaded state that requires attention.
