数字经济对我国海洋渔业低碳全要素生产率的影响研究

摘  要:数字经济蓬勃发展,为海洋渔业的高质量发展提供了新动力。文章利用2014—2020年我国沿海9个省(自治区)的面板数据,测度海洋渔业低碳全要素生产率,并运用固定效应模型和调节效应模型,深入探究数字经济对海洋渔业LCTFP的影响机制以及政府干预的调节效应。研究发现:我国海洋渔业LCTFP在样本期内波动上升,并呈现“南高北低”的发展态势;数字经济能够显著促进海洋渔业LCTFP提高,并且数字经济的促进作用随着海洋渔业LCTFP的提高而增大;数字经济对海洋渔业LCTFP的促进作用主要通过技术进步实现,技术效率提升的贡献较小;政府干预对数字经济提高海洋渔业LCTFP具有正向的调节效应。The digital economy has flourished,providing new momentum for the high-qualitydevelopment of marine fisheries.Based on the panel data of China's 9 coastal provinces in2014—2020,the low-carbon total-factor productivity of marine fisheries was measured in thispaper,where fixed effect model and moderating effect model were used to deeply explore theimpact mechanism of digital economy on marine fisheries L.CTFP and the moderating effect ofgovernment intervention.The measurement result finds that LCTFP of marine fisheries inChina was subject to wavelike rise during the sample period,and shows a development trend of"high in south,low in north".The regression result finds that the digital economy can improveLCTFP of marine fisheries significantly,and the promotion effect of digital economy increasewith the increase of marine fisheries LCTFP.Technological progress is the main way for digitaleconomy to improve LCTFP of marine fisheries,and the contribution of technical efficiency islittle.Further analysis,government intervention has a positive moderating effect on digital e-conomy to improve marine fishery LCTFP.
