降雨对黄土隧道稳定性的影响分析

摘  要:由于中国经济的高速发展,西部黄土地区修建的各类隧道数量日益增多。为了研究降雨对黄土隧道全断面开挖的影响,以甘肃兰州地区和平隧道工程为依托(和平隧道围岩等级为Ⅴ级),运用有限元软件MIDAS-GTS-NX建立了三维模型,对降雨前、后隧道的沉降量、最大主应力变化以及隧道支护的影响进行了分析。降雨前土体含水率为8%,降雨后土体含水率为26%。结果表明:降雨前、后黄土隧道最大沉降量发生的位置在拱顶,降雨后黄土隧道沉降量是降雨前的5倍多,达到12.73mm;降雨前、后黄土隧道喷混支护的最大拉应力发生在拱间位置,降雨后隧道喷混支护的最大拉应力是降雨前的3倍,值为1.20MPa;降雨前、后黄土隧道喷混支护的最大压应力发生在拱腰及拱脚位置,降雨后隧道喷混支护的最大压应力是降雨前的2.8倍,值为3.31MPa;降雨后锚杆支护的轴力和降雨前锚杆支护的轴力几乎没有变化,值为14.01kN。Due to the development of China’s economy,the number of various tunnels built in the western loess region is increasing.In order to study the influence of rainfall on the full-section excavation of loess tunnel,based on the project of Heping Tunnel in Lanzhou,Gansu Province,the surrounding rock grade of Heping Tunnel Grade V.A three-dimensional model is established by using the finite element software MIDAS-GTS-NX,and the settlement,the change of maximum principal stress and the influence of tunnel support before and after rainfall are analyzed.The soil moisture content is 8%before rainfall and 26%after rainfall.The results show that the maximum settlement of loess tunnel before and after rainfall occurs at the vault,and the settlement of loess tunnel after rainfall is more than 5 times of that before rainfall,reaching 12.73 mm;before and after rainfall,the maximum tensile stress of shotcrete support in loess tunnel occurs at the position between arches,and the maximum tensile stress of shotcrete support after rainfall is 3 times of that before rainfall,and the value is 1.20 MPa;before and after rainfall,the maximum compressive stress of shotcrete support in loess tunnel occurs at the position of arch waist and arch foot,and the maximum compressive stress of shotcrete support after rainfall is 2.8 times of that before rainfall,and the value is 3.31 MPa;the axial force of bolt support after rainfall and before rainfall has almost no change,the value is 14.01 kN.
