摘  要:近年来,随着京津冀协同发展的不断深入,有序地疏解北京非首都功能的需求越来越迫切。按照张家口市数字经济发展规划,怀来县成为打造张家口数据中心集群的“桥头堡”,但水源问题日益突出,制约了怀来东花园大数据产业发展。为解决大数据产业园的水源问题,在合理预测分析大数据产业园用水需求的基础上,通过对地表水和地下水等不同水源方案研究,考虑大数据产业园区企业入驻的实际情况,提出应急供水水源推荐采用地下水水源,长期水源推荐采用洋河地表水水源。推荐的水源方案既考虑解决园区用水“燃眉之急”,又从长远考虑选择地表水作为园区稳定水源,水源方案选择合理,具有一定的实用价值。In recent years,with the deepening of coordinated development in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,the demand for orderly evacuation of non capital functions in Beijing has become increasingly urgent.According to the digital economy development plan of Zhangjiakou City,Huailai County has become the“bridgehead”for building Zhangjiakou data center clusters.However,the increasingly prominent water source problem has constrained the development of Huailai East Garden’s big data industry.To solve the water source problem in the big data industrial park,based on reasonable prediction and analysis of water demand in the big data industrial park,different water source schemes such as surface water and groundwater were studied,and considering the actual situation of enterprises settling in the big data industrial park,it is recommended to use groundwater as the emergency water source and Yanghe River as the long-term water source.The recommended water source plan not only considers solving the urgent need for water use in the park,but also chooses surface water as a stable water source for the park from a long-term perspective.The selection of the water source plan is reasonable and has practical value.
