摘  要:为了探讨香包中芳香类药物治疗疫病的作用机制,以常用芳香类药物丁香、大黄、金银花、白芷、陈皮、桑叶为研究对象,采用网络药理学的方法筛选活性成分及其作用靶点、疫病的潜在治疗靶点、构建药物对疫病的“药物——成分——交集靶点基因”网络及蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络,并对潜在作用靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析其作用通路分析。结果显示,香包中芳香类药物可能通过红厚壳内酯Inophyllum E、白当归脑Byakangelicol等11种活性成分,作用于蛋白激酶AKT1、肿瘤坏死因子TNF、甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶GAPDH等5个核心作用靶点蛋白,通过参与脂质体与动脉粥样硬化途径、糖基化产物及其受体途径、癌症途径、麻疹病毒感染途径、人疱疹病毒感染途径、乙型肝炎途径等多条信号通路共同发挥作用。To explore the mechanism of aromatic drugs in the treatment of infectious diseases,Syringa oblata Lindl,Rheum palmatum L,Lonicera japonica Thunb,Angelica dahurica Benth,Pericarpium citri Reticulatae,and Mori Folium were used as the research objects,and the network pharmacological methods were used to selected the active components,their targets and potential therapeutic targets of infectious diseases.The‘drug-component-overlapping gene’network and the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network of the aromatic drugs were construct,and the GO and KEGG enrichment analyze were used to clarify the potential targets.The results showed that the aromatic compounds in the sachet could be separated by 11 active components,such as Inophyllum E and Byakangelicol,and they may act on five core proteins targets,namely AKT1,TNF,GAPDH,VEGFA,EGFR.They are involved in signaling pathways,such as liposome and arteriosclerosis pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,cancer pathway,measles pathway,human herpesvirus infection pathway,hepatitis B pathway,and so on.
