摘  要:通过检索国内外数据库获取相关文献,结合专题小组讨论初步拟订肠内营养患者腹泻风险评估指标体系,同时采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行两轮专家函询,分别有名专家21名和19名专家完成函询,问卷回收率分别为91.3%和100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.813和0.857。最终构建起包含有4个维度、20项二级指标的肠内营养患者腹泻风险评估指标体系。该体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性,可为不同疾病使用肠内营养的患者的临床干预提供一定的参考依据。The relevant literature was obtained through searching both domestic and foreign databases.The index system for diarrhea risk assessment of patients with enteral nutrition was preliminarily developed by integrating discussions on special groups.Additionally,the Delphi expert consultation method was utilized to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultations,with 21 experts and 19 experts completing the consultations,resulting in questionnaire recovery rates of 91.3%and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficients of the experts were calculated as 0.813 and 0.857,respectively.Ultimately,a diarrhea risk assessment index system for enteral nutrition patients consisting of four dimensions and twenty secondary indexes was constructed,which is deemed scientific and reliable,providing valuable reference for clinical intervention in patients with different diseases using enteral nutrition.
