摘 要:在2022年7月—2023年8月期间,对比了我院30例晚期大骨节病患者接受全膝关节置换术与30例健康体检者的胫骨和股骨三维解剖形态数字学参数,发现TKA患者的胫骨近端和股骨远端各解剖参数测量值接近正常体检者的膝关节参数,表明利用三维重建技术能为晚期大骨节病患者TKA提供更为准确的解剖形态数据,为临床手术提供有力支持,推动TKA技术的进一步发展。During the period of July 2022 to August 2023,this study compared the three-dimensional anatomical and digital parameters of the tibia and femur in 30 patients with advanced Kashin Beck disease who underwent total knee replacement surgery and 30 healthy examinees in our hospital.It was found that the measured values of the proximal tibia and distal femur anatomical parameters in TKA patients were close to those of normal examinees,indicating that the use of three-dimensional reconstruction technology can provide more accurate anatomical data for TKA in patients with advanced Kashin Beck disease,provide strong support for clinical surgery,and promote the further development of TKA technology.
