摘  要:本研究针对水性纳米聚脲涂层刚性强、柔韧性差的问题,通过引入聚己内酯三醇(PCL-三醇)对涂层进行软硬段改性,以提升其柔韧性和适应性。采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)与PCL-三醇反应形成聚氨酯结构,并制备不同配比的改性涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、拉伸测试和热重分析(TG)等表征手段,系统研究了改性涂层的微观结构、力学性能及热稳定性。实验样品(MDI∶PCL-三醇=1∶1.5)材料属于软塑类型,断裂拉伸应变从1.24%提高到21.55%。PCL-三醇的引入显著提高涂层的柔韧性,降低其刚性,同时未对涂层的微观结构、粒径分布等产生不利影响。此外,改性涂层的热稳定性表现更高的耐高温性能。本研究为水性防腐涂层的性能优化提供新的思路,可促进水性纳米聚脲涂层在复杂服役环境下的应用。This study addresses the issues of high rigidity and low flexibility in waterborne nanoscaled polyurea coatings by introducing polycaprolactone triol(PCL-triol)for soft and hard segment modification to enhance flexibility and applicability.Diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)was reacted with PCL-triol to form a polyurethane structure,and modified coatings with different compositions were prepared.The microstructure,mechanical properties and thermal stability of the modified coatings were systematically investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),tensile testing and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The experimental sample(MDI:PCL-triol=1:1.5)belongs to the flexible plastic type.The tensile elongation at break has been increased from 1.24%to 21.55%.The incorporation of PCL-triol significantly enhances the flexibility of the coating while reducing its rigidity without negatively affecting its microstructure or particle size distribution.Furthermore,the modified coating exhibits improved thermal stability and high-temperature resistance.This study provides a novel approach for optimizing the performance of waterborne anticorrosive coatings,facilitating their application in complex service environments.
