摘 要:为了克服氟碳树脂在卷材涂料应用上的难点,本研究通过卷材耐候聚酯与氟碳树脂的搭配,制备了一种柔韧性佳、可快速固化的高耐久性卷材氟碳粉末涂料,并对该粉末涂料性能进行了表征。结果表明,当采用FEVE树脂、选择己内酰胺型异氰酸酯固化剂和TGIC为固化剂,选择有机锡类促进剂Ⅰ为固化促进剂、并配合无机颜料时,制备的卷材氟碳粉末涂料的综合性能最优。In order to overcome the difficulties of fluorocarbon resin in the application of coil coatings,a flexible,fast-curing high-durability coil fluorocarbon powder coating has been prepared by using the weather resistant polyester and fluorocarbon resin.The performance of the powder coating is characterized.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the prepared coil fluorocarbon powder coating is optimal when using FEVE resin,caprolactam type isocyanate and TGIC as the curing agent,using organotin compound I as the curing accelerator in addition to inorganic pigments.
