摘 要:主要研究了气凝胶的添加工艺、不同无机轻质隔热填料和不同乳液添加量对气凝胶保温隔热涂料粘结强度和导热系数的影响,同时也探究了气凝胶保温隔热涂料的涂膜性能和保温隔热的节能率。结果表明,采用该研究得到的优选条件制得的气凝胶保温涂料的粘结强度为0.70 MPa,导热系数为0.039 W/(m·K),与参比黑板的隔热温差为19.3℃,并且具有良好的漆膜性能;户外试验房的试验结果表明该保温隔热涂料的节能率达9.65%,节能效果显著。The effect of the addition process of aerogel,different inorganic lightweight insulation filler and different emulsion addition amount on the bonding strength and thermal conductivity of aerogel thermal insulation coating are investigated.The film performance of aerogel thermal insulation coating and the energy saving rate of thermal insulation are also discussed.The results show that the bonding strength of the aerogel thermal insulation coating prepared under the optimized conditions is 0.70 MPa.The thermal conductivity is 0.039 W/(m·K)and the thermal insulation temperature difference with the reference blackboard is 19.3℃,showing good film properties.Moreover,the test results of the outdoor laboratory show that the energy saving rate of the insulation coating can reach 9.65%,showing significant energy saving effect.
