摘　　要：双组分水性环氧涂料具有干燥速度快、丰满度高、耐盐雾性优异的特点,在汽车零部件领域作为DTM涂料已广泛应用。本研究通过对3种水性环氧乳液的对比,观察其附着力、增稠性及光泽的稳定性等性能的区别,最终选用树脂A作为成膜物质。在施工配比、活化期内黏度、光泽、硬度等性能的变化、防锈颜料的选择等方面展开讨论,制备一款施工稳定性好、性价比高的汽车传动轴用水性2K环氧DTM防腐涂料。The 2K waterborne epoxy coating has the characteristics of fast-drying speed,high buildiness and excellent salt spray resistance,and has been widely used as DTM coating in the field of auto parts.In this paper,the properties of the three waterborne epoxy emulsions are compared.The differences of their adhesion,thickening and gloss stability are discussed.Thus the resin A is selected as the film-forming substance.The mass ratio of coating system,and the viscosity,gloss,hardness and other properties during the activation period,the selection of anti-rust pigments are discussed.A waterborne 2K epoxy DTM anticorrosive coating for automobile drive shaft with good construction stability and high cost effective performance is obtained.
