摘　　要：综述了无溶剂环氧防火涂料的施工要点,探讨了无溶剂环氧防火涂料施工时可能出现的色差、流挂、干性问题和鼓包等缺陷,分析了形成原因并提出了去除处理方法和避免缺陷的相应措施。The key points in construction of solvent-free epoxy fire resistant coatings have been summarized.Some typical film defects such as color difference,sagging,drying behavior and blistering which might occur during the construction are discussed in details.These film defects are investigated.Accordingly the countermeasures and solutions are proposed to avoid these defects.
