摘　　要：基于铁路货车涂料应用现状,根据铁路货车新造涂装工艺的差异性,分别从涂层配套方案、涂装工艺流程、质量检查标准、场地设备、安全环保要求等方面研究了新型高防腐涂料涂装工艺,可指导现场作业,保证涂装质量,提升铁路货车车体表面耐腐蚀和防护性能,延长车体使用寿命,降低产品运用维护成本。Based on coating applications in railway wagons and the differences of coating process for the newly-produced wagon,this arctile investigates the novel anticorrosive coating process in terms of coating supporting system,process,quality inspection standard,facilities and safety,etc.The novel coating process can ensure the coating quality,improve the anticorrosion performance and service life of the railway wagon,and decrease the maintenase cost.
