摘 要:低温固化聚酯粉末涂料有助于节约能源,减少碳足迹,降低涂装成本,因而其应用开发越来越受到关注。但目前低温固化聚酯粉末涂料的开发和应用仍面临不少挑战,本研究聚焦其在贮存稳定性改善、流平提升、抗起霜优化、低温消光粉末涂料品种完善这4个方面的挑战以及研发进展,最后对未来低温固化聚酯粉末涂料的研发方向进行了展望。Low temperature curing polyester based powder coatings have attracted more and more attention recently since it can not only save energy,reduce carbon footprints,but also can save the coating costs.However,the development and application of low temperature curing powder coating still face many challenges.This paper elaborates on the following four challenges:storage stability improvement,leveling optimization,anti-blooming improvement and low temperature curing matt product development.And the related technical development of low temperature curing polyester based powder coatings were introduced as well.Finally,the future trend of low temperature curing powder coatings was prospected.
