摘 要:文章建立车架有限元仿真模型,参照NCAP进行车架正面100%刚性壁碰撞仿真试验。碰撞初始速度设定为56 km/h,基于Hypermesh软件完成前处理工作,利用LS-DYNA完成车架仿真模型计算,从车架整体变形云图、车架整体变形曲线和车架纵梁变形曲线三个方面分析了正面碰撞时车架的吸能特性、整体变形响应以及撞击力的传递路径。文章构建的车架正面碰撞的耐撞性评价体系,为汽车企业做车架耐撞性研发提供技术参考。The article establishes a finite element simulation model of the vehicle frame and conducts a simulation test of a 100%rigid wall frontal collision according to the NCAP standards.The initial collision speed is set at 56 km/h.The pre-processing work is completed using Hypermesh software,and the simulation model calculation of the frame is carried out using LS-DYNA.The energy absorption characteristics,overall deformation response,and force transmission path of the frame during frontal collision are analyzed from three aspects:the overall deformation cloud diagram of the frame,the overall deformation curve of the frame,and the deformation curve of the frame longitudinal beam.The article constructs a crashworthiness evaluation system for frontal collisions of the vehicle frame,providing technical references for automotive companies in the development of crashworthiness for vehicle frames.
