摘  要:液压传动具有功率大、响应快、噪音小、可无级调速等良好性能,能有效提升设备机械传动功率,增强设备运作的平稳性,在机械领域应用广泛。但液压传动在传动过程中有2次能量转换,能量损耗较大,传动效率较低。液压机械传动是一种融合了液压传动与机械传动优点的新型传动形式,因具有传动效率高、能实现无级调速等优点被广泛应用。文章分析了液压机械传动的特点,阐述了液压机械传动系统在农业机械、工程机械和机床中的应用。Hydraulic transmission have be widely used in the field of construction machinery,because of its good performance such as high power,fast response,low noise and stepless speed regulation,these performance can elevate the power of equipment transmission,enhance stationarity of equipment operation.However,the hydraulic transmission has two energy conversions in the transmission process,and its energy loss is large and the transmission efficiency is low.Hydro-Mechanical transmission is a new type of transmission,which combines the advantages of hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission.It has the advantages of high transmission efficiency and realizing stepless speed regulation.This paper analyzes the characteristics of hydraulic mechanical transmission,and expounds the application of hydraulic mechanical transmission system in agricultural machinery,construction ma⁃chinery and machine tools.
