摘　　要：随着危险化学品包装物、容器检验检测技术逐步深入研究,形成了堆码、跌落、提梁(环)等多种试验方法,现阶段的危险品包装物产品检测仪器设备存在灵活性不够,试验效率低下的问题。文章利用PLC电气控制单元研发一种运输包装件试验平台,引入ABAQUS软件模拟,能够在规定时间内高效地完成各项试验,实现了运输包装件综合性、系统性试验,设备具有集成化程度高、结构简单、成本低廉、使用寿命长等优点。With the gradual in-depth study of hazardous chemical packaging and container inspection and testing technology,a variety of test methods such as stacking,dropping,lifting beam(ring)have been formed.At present,there are problems of insuffi⁃cient flexibility and low test efficiency of dangerous chemical packaging product testing equipment.This paper uses PLC electrical control unit to develop a transportation packaging test platform,and introduces ABAQUS software to simulate,which can efficiently complete various tests within the specified time,and realize the comprehensive and systematic testing of transportation packaging.The equipment has the advantages of high integration,simple structure,low cost and long service life.
