摘　　要：新工科背景下高职机械专业学生创新创业教学工作存在很多不足,不利于培养复合型技能人才。因此,高职院校教学必须以培养学生创新思维,提升学生创业能力为主,打造递进式培养体系。文章从转变理念、深挖教育资源、培养双创教师、加强校企合作、开展竞赛引领等方面入手,对高职机械专业学生创新创业递进培养模式开展深入探索。Under the background of new engineering,there are many deficiencies in the teaching of innovation and entrepreneur⁃ship for mechanical major students in higher vocational colleges,which is not conducive to the cultivation of compound skilled tal⁃ents.Therefore,the teaching in higher vocational colleges must focus on cultivating students'innovative thinking and enhancing their entrepreneurial ability,and build a progressive training system.This article conducts in-depth exploration on the progressive training model of innovation and entrepreneurship for mechanical major students in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of transforming concepts,deeply exploring educational resources,cultivating teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthening school-enter⁃prise cooperation,and carrying out competition guidance.
