摘 要:采用仪器化压入法,基于连续刚度法系统研究了压痕应变率对PA66材料力学性能的影响,得到其不同压痕应变率下的弹性模量、硬度、刚度、蠕变位移、蠕变应变率等变化规律;分析得到PA66弹性模量和硬度随着压入速率的增加而增大,其刚度也是呈现出随着压痕速率的增加而增大的趋势。着重研究了不同压入速率对PA66压痕蠕变行为的影响,选择广义开尔文模型描述PA66在保载阶段的压痕蠕变行为,广义开尔文模型由3个Voigt单元构成,每个单元代表不同的运动类型,而每种运动类型有不同的蠕变变形效果和不同的延迟时间;经研究发现该模型可以准确的拟合实验蠕变数据;以上分析得到的蠕变变形被进一步用于分析材料的蠕变柔量和延迟谱,以方便分析材料的其他的力学性能。The article uses the instrumented indentation method,based on the continuous stiffness method,to systematically study the influence of the indentation strain rate on the mechanical properties of PA66 material,and obtains its elastic modulus,hardness,stiffness,creep displacement.The creep strain rate and other changes analysis shows that the elastic modulus and hardness of PA66 increase with the increase of the indentation rate,and its stiffness also shows a trend of increasing with the increase of the indentation rate.The study focuses on the influence of different indentation rates on the indentation creep behavior of PA66.The generalized Kelvin model is selected to describe the indentation creep behavior of PA66 in the load-holding stage.The generalized Kelvin model is composed of three Voigt units,each of which represents a different movement type,and each movement type has different creep deformation effects and different delay times,it is found that the model can accurately fit the experimental creep data.The creep deformation obtained from the above analysis is further used to analyze the material creep compliance and delay to facilitate the analysis of other mechanical properties of the material.
