摘　　要：目的探究参苓白术散加减结合微生态制剂治疗功能性腹泻对体液免疫的影响。方法选取2023年4月—2024年3月本院就诊的80例功能性腹泻患者,依据便利抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合参苓白术散加减治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组患者临床疗效、用药不良反应及治疗前后中医证候积分、体液免疫功能。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组补体C3、C4、免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)M、IgG、IgA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减结合微生态制剂治疗功能性腹泻患者可显著缓解临床症状,改善体液免疫功能,提高临床疗效,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with microecological preparations on humoral immunity in the treatment of functional diarrhea.Methods Eighty patients with functional diarrhea treated in our hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the convenience sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated orally with bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets,while the observation group were treated with Shenling Baizhu powder on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse drug reactions,TCM syndrome scores and humoral immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of complement C3,C4,immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgG and IgA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with microecological preparations could significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improve humoral immune function,enhance clinical efficacy,and not increase adverse reactions in patients with functional diarrhea.
