发酵中药渣对湖羊羔羊生长性能、肠道菌群及养分表观消化率的影响

摘  要:试验旨在探究不同水平的发酵中药渣对湖羊羔羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及肠道菌群的影响。研究选择体重相近、健康的断奶湖羊羔羊60只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只羔羊。每组饲粮中分别添加0、0.5%、1.0%及2.0%的发酵中药渣。预试期1 w,正式试验期6 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲喂1.0%发酵中药渣可以显著增加湖羊羔羊平均日增重(P<0.05);饲喂发酵中药渣可以显著降低料重比(P<0.05);饲喂1.0%和2.0%发酵中药渣可以极显著降低腹泻率(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,饲喂1.0%发酵中药渣可以显著提高Chao1指数和Ace指数(P<0.05);饲喂1.0%和2.0%发酵中药渣可以极显著提高肠道中厚壁菌门丰度(P<0.01),显著提高放线菌门丰度(P<0.05),显著降低变形菌门丰度(P<0.05);饲喂发酵中药渣可以显著提高拟杆菌门丰度(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲喂发酵中药渣可以显著提高瘤胃球菌属丰度(P<0.05);饲喂1.0%和2.0%发酵中药渣可以显著降低梭菌属丰度(P<0.05);饲喂1.0%发酵中药渣可以显著降低绿脓杆菌属丰度(P<0.05),显著增加琥珀酸菌属丰度(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲喂1.0%发酵中药渣可以显著提高粗蛋白和钙的表观消化率(P<0.05);饲喂1.0%和2.0%的发酵中药渣可以显著提高酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵中药渣可以改善湖羊羔羊的生长性能和肠道健康,并提高了机体对饲粮养分的表观消化率,综合考虑1.0%的发酵中药渣较为适宜。This study aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented Chinese herbal residues on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and intestinal microbiota in Hu sheep lambs.Sixty healthy weaned Hu sheep lambs with similar body weights were randomly divided into four groups,each with three replicates and five lambs per replicate.The dietary treatments included 0,0.5%,1.0%,and 2.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues supplementation.The pre-test period was one week and the formal test period was six weeks.The results showed that compared to the control group,feeding 1.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues significantly increased the average daily gain of Hu sheep lambs(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased by feeding fermented Chinese herbal residues(P<0.05).Feeding 1.0%and 2.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues extremaly reduced the diarrhea rate(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,feeding 1.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues significantly increased Chao1 index and Ace index(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,feeding 1.0%and 2.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues extremely increased the abundance of Firmicutes(P<0.01),significantly increased the abundance of Actinomycetes(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the abundance of Proteobacteria in intestinal tract of lambs(P<0.05).The abundance of Bacteroidetes in intestinal tract of lambs was significantly increased by feeding fermented Chinese herbal residues(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,feeding fermented Chinese herbal residues significantly increased the abundance of Enteric ruminococcus(P<0.05).Feeding 1.0%and 2.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues significantly decreased the abundance of intestinal Clostridium(P<0.05).Feeding 1.0%fermented Chinese herbal residues significantly decreased the abundance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P<0.05),and significantly increased the abundance of Succinomyces(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of crude protein and calcium of Hu sheep lambs
