摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮黄精多糖(PSP)添加水平对45~81日龄淮南黄鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、肉品质及免疫功能的影响。试验选择144只健康且体重相近的45日龄淮南黄鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%PSP。试验期36 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,0.3%PSP组淮南黄鸡料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.5%PSP组淮南黄鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLO)含量显著升高(P<0.05),0.3%和0.5%PSP组淮南黄鸡血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.1%和0.3%PSP组淮南黄鸡胸肌pH45min值显著升高(P<0.05),0.1%PSP组淮南黄鸡胸肌L*45min值显著降低(P<0.05),0.3%和0.5%PSP组淮南黄鸡腿肌pH45min值显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.3%和0.5%PSP组淮南黄鸡血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05);PSP组血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加PSP对45~81日龄淮南黄鸡生长性能、肉品质、血清生化指标和免疫功能具有一定的改善作用,PSP的添加量为0.3%时较为适宜。The study aimed to investigate the effects of different dietary supplementation levels of Polygonatumsibiricum polysaccharides(PSP)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,meat quality,and immune function in Huainan yellow chickens aged 45~81 days.A total of 144 healthy 45-day-old Huainan yellow chickens with similar body weights were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and six chickens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.3%,and 0.5%PSP,respectively.The trial lasted for 36 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio(F/G)of Huainan yellow chickens in the 0.3%PSP group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentrations of total protein(TP)and globulin(GLO)in the serum of Huainan yellow chickens in the 0.5%PSP group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentrations of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),direct bilirubin(DBIL),and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the serum of Huainan yellow chickens in the 0.3%and 0.5%PSP groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pH45min value of breast muscle in the 0.1%and 0.3%PSP groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the L*45min value of breast muscle in the 0.1%PSP group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the pH45min value of leg muscle in the 0.3%and 0.5%PSP groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the serum of Huainan yellow chickens in the 0.3%and 0.5%PSP groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the serum of Huainan yellow chickens in the PSP groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of PSP to the diet has certain improved effects on the growth performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of Huainan yellow chickens aged 45 to 81 days,and an addit
