摘  要:试验旨在测定不同制粒温度熟化软颗粒的饲料品质及其对罗非鱼生长性能的影响。采用单因素试验设计,在固定其他加工工艺参数的条件下,通过设置不同的制粒温度(90、100、110、120、130℃)制备熟化软颗粒饲料,测定不同制粒温度对熟化软颗粒饲料品质及其对罗非鱼生长性能、肌肉品质的影响。结果表明:当熟化软颗粒饲料的制粒温度为130℃时,熟化软颗粒的内聚性为0.4、黏度为1032.01 cP、硬度为2508.48 g、下沉速度为8.22 cm/s、溶失率为8.83%、淀粉糊化度为80%。随着制粒温度的升高,罗非鱼的末重、增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)均逐渐提高,并在130℃达到最大值(P>0.05)。研究表明,当制粒温度为130℃时,罗非鱼熟化软颗粒饲料的综合品质较好,罗非鱼的生长性能较佳。The aim of this experiment was to determine the quality of soft pellet feed at different pelleting temperatures and its effects on growth performance of tilapia.A single factor experimental design was used to prepare the aged soft pellet feed by setting different pelleting temperatures(90,100,110,120,130℃)under the condition of fixing other processing parameters,and the effects of different pelleting temperatures on the quality of the aged soft pellet feed and on the growth performance and muscle quality of tilapia were measured.The results showed that when the granulated temperature was 130℃,the cohesion,viscosity,hardness,sinking speed,dissolution loss rate and starch gelatinization degree were 0.4,1032.01 cP,2508.48 g,8.22 cm/s,8.83%and 80%respectively.With the increase of pelleting temperature,the final weight,weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)of tilapia gradually increased,and reached the maximum value at 130℃(P>0.05).The study indicates that when the pelletizing temperature is 130℃,the comprehensive quality of tilapia soft pellet feed and growth performance of tilapia were better.
