摘　　要：研究旨在通过Meta分析评估植物多糖对羊生长性能的影响。检索2000年1月至2023年12月在中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science和PubMed数据库中收录的关于植物多糖对羊生长性能影响的相关文章。筛选出26篇随机对照试验文章,重点研究植物多糖对羊生长性能相关指标的Meta分析。结果显示,在饲粮中添加植物多糖能够显著提升羊的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05)。亚组分析结果显示,饲喂时长和植物多糖添加量均显著影响羊的ADG和F/G(P<0.05);当植物多糖添加量≤1 g/kg时,可以显著提高羊的ADFI(P<0.05),而当植物多糖添加量超过1 g/kg时,对羊的ADFI无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加植物多糖对羊的生长性能具有明显的改善作用。The study aimed to evaluate the effects of plant polysaccharides on the growth performance of sheep by Meta-analysis.Articles published between January 2000 and December 2023 in databases such as CNKI,CQVIP,Wanfang,Web of Science,and PubMed,focusing on the impact of plant polysaccharides on sheep growth performance,were retrieved.A total of 26 randomized controlled trials were selected for Meta-analysis,with a focus on the effects of plant polysaccharides on growth performance-related indicators in sheep.The results showed that the addition of plant polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of sheep(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05).Subgroup analysis revealed that both the duration of feeding and the dosage of plant polysaccharides significantly affected ADG and F/G in sheep(P<0.05).When the dosage of plant polysaccharides was≤1 g/kg,it significantly improved ADFI(P<0.05),while dosages exceeding 1 g/kg showed no significant effect on ADFI(P>0.05).The study indicates that the addition of plant polysaccharides to the diet has a significant positive impact on the growth performance of sheep.
