摘  要:试验旨在研究不同蛋白和碱式氯化锌水平对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻情况、皮毛外观、肠道屏障、抗氧化能力和炎症因子的影响。试验选取60头健康的21日龄三元(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪,按照2×2双因素试验设计,设置2个蛋白水平(18.00%、20.00%)和2个碱式氯化锌水平(1500、2500 mg/kg),随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头仔猪。试验期28 d。结果显示:与低蛋白组相比,高蛋白组的平均日增重和平均采食量均显著升高(P<0.05);试验第1~14天,蛋白和碱式氯化锌水平的交互作用对断奶仔猪料重比具有显著影响(P<0.05)。蛋白和碱式氯化锌水平的交互作用对断奶仔猪第14、28天血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性及D-乳酸(D-LA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量具有显著影响(P<0.05)。试验第28天,与低碱式氯化锌组相比,高碱式氯化锌组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮蛋白水平为20.00%、碱式氯化锌水平为2500 mg/kg时更利于提高断奶仔猪生长性能,降低料重比,增强机体的抗氧化能力,缓解肠道炎症。This study aimed to investigate the effects of different protein and zinc hydroxychloride levels on growth performance,diarrhea incidence,coat appearance,intestinal barrier function,antioxidant capacity,and inflammatory factors in weaned piglets.Sixty healthy 21-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups using a 2×2 factorial design,with two protein levels(18.00%and 20.00%)and two zinc hydroxychloride levels(1500 and 2500 mg/kg).Each group consisted of five replicates,with three piglets per replicate.The trial lasted 28 days.The results showed that compared with the low protein group,average daily gain and average feed intake in the high protein group were significantly increased(P<0.05).During 1~14 days,the interaction between protein and zinc hydroxychloride levels had a significantly effect on the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).Protein and zinc hydroxychloride levels also demonstrated significantly interactive effects on serum diamine oxidase(DAO)activity,D-lactic acid(D-LA),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels on days 14 and 28.On day 28,the high-zinc hydroxychloride group showed significantly higher serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity compared to the low-zinc hydroxychloride group(P<0.05).The study indicates that a dietary protein level of 20.00%combined with 2500 mg/kg zinc hydroxychloride optimally improved growth performance,reduced feed to gain ratio,enhanced antioxidant capacity,alleviated intestinal inflammation.
