摘　　要：近年来,新疆地区面临牧草资源退化问题,对当地畜牧业的发展造成了较大影响。新疆棉花种植面积广,产量高,棉秆资源丰富,但棉秆质地坚硬,适口性差,加工难度大。传统饲料化利用多采用直接投喂,这不仅未能实现棉秆资源的合理高效利用,还可能影响动物的健康。随着畜牧业的快速发展和饲草料加工技术的不断革新,棉秆的饲料品质得到了极大改善,有效地促进了棉秆的饲料化利用。文章总结了新疆地区棉秆资源状况、营养成分含量及饲料特点,综述了棉秆饲料化处理方式及其在牛、羊养殖中的应用,旨在促进棉秆作为饲草的有效利用,为相关领域的实践与研究提供参考。In recent years,Xinjiang is faced with the problem of forage degradation,which has a great impact on the development of local animal husbandry.Xinjiang has a wide area of cotton cultivation,high yield and abundant cotton stalk resources,but cotton straw is hard,poor palatability and difficult to process.Traditional feed utilization mainly uses direct feeding,which not only fails to realize rational and efficient utilization of cotton stalk resources,but also may affect the health of animals.With the rapid development of animal husbandry and the continuous innovation of feed processing technology,the feed quality of cotton stalk has been greatly improved,and the feed utilization of cotton stalk has been effectively promoted.In this paper,the resource status,nutrient content and feed characteristics of cotton culm in Xinjiang region were summarized,and the forage treatment methods of cotton stalk and their application in cattle and sheep breeding were reviewed,aiming at promoting the effective utilization of cotton stalk as forage grass and providing reference for practice and research in related fields.
