摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加低剂量酵母锌对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、钙代谢相关指标及锌含量的影响。试验选用18周龄京粉1号蛋鸡384羽,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复12羽蛋鸡。对照组在基础饲粮中添加60 mg/kg的硫酸锌(以锌计),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加5、10和15 mg/kg酵母锌(以锌计)。预试期2 w,正式试验期7 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡21~24周龄的不合格蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组蛋鸡25~27周龄的平均蛋重和27周龄的蛋重、蛋壳重和蛋黄颜色显著升高(P<0.05),24周龄的蛋形指数和27周龄的蛋黄比重显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡24周龄的蛋壳重和27周龄的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度显著升高(P<0.05)。低剂量酵母锌对24、27周龄蛋鸡血清中钙离子(Ca^(2+))水平及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和碳酸酐酶(CA)活性无显著影响(P>0.05),对27周龄蛋鸡血清中锌离子(Zn^(2+))、降钙素(CT)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)和1,25-二羟维生素D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)-D_(3)]水平和蛋壳中锌含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加10 mg/kg和15 mg/kg酵母锌(以锌计)能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,且对钙代谢及锌含量无负面影响。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of low-dose yeast-zinc supplementation in diets on the production performance,egg quality,calcium metabolism-related indexes,and zinc content in laying hens.A total of 384 Jingfen No.1 laying hens aged 18 weeks were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates per group and 12 laying hens per replicate.The control group was supplemented with 60 mg/kg zinc sulfate(in terms of zinc)in the basal diet,while experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were supplemented with 5,10,and 15 mg/kg yeast zinc(in terms of zinc)in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted two weeks,and the formal trial period lasted seven weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the rate of unqualified eggs in the experimental groups at 21~24 weeks of age was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The average egg weight at 25~27 weeks of age,as well as egg weight,eggshell weight,and yolk color at 27 weeks of age,were significantly increased in experimental groupsⅡandⅢ(P<0.05).The egg shape index at 24 weeks of age and yolk ratio at 27 weeks of age were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The eggshell weight at 24 weeks of age,as well as eggshell strength and thickness at 27 weeks of age in experimental groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05).Low-dose yeast-zinc had no significant effect on serum calcium ion(Ca^(2+))levels,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity,and carbonic anhydrase(CA)activity in laying hens at 24 and 27 weeks of age(P>0.05),it had no significant effect on serum zinc ion(Zn^(2+)),calcitonin(CT),parathyroid hormone(PTH),and 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)-D_(3)]levels,and eggshell zinc content at 27 weeks of age(P>0.05).The study indicates that supplementing diets with 10 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg yeast zinc(in terms of zinc)can improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,and has no negative effects on calcium metabolism and zinc content.
