摘  要:试验旨在探究4种植物精油对9种水产病原菌的抑制效果。以芳樟醇、顺式-茉莉酮、3-蒈烯、α-水芹烯为研究对象,采用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法测定4种植物精油对9种细菌的抑菌效果。结果显示,3-蒈烯浓度为100.00 mL/L时,对爱德华氏菌、V.antiquarius、副溶血弧菌和溶藻弧菌抑菌效果最好,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为50、50、25和50 mL/L,抑菌圈直径>20.00 mm,属于极度敏感。α-水芹烯浓度为100.00 mL/L时,对溶藻弧菌、河流弧菌、副溶血弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和V.antiquarius抑菌圈直径>20.00 mm,属于极度敏感。芳樟醇对副溶血弧菌和河流弧菌抑菌效果最强,MIC均为3.125 mL/L,抑菌圈直径>20.00 mm,属于极度敏感。顺式-茉莉酮对河流弧菌和大肠杆菌抑菌效果较好,抑菌圈直径分别为37.30 mm和30.67 mm,属于极度敏感。研究表明,3-蒈烯和α-水芹烯具有广谱抑菌效果。The experiment aimed to investigate the inhibitory effects of four plant essential oils on nine aquatic pathogenic bacteria.linalool,cis-jasmone,3-carene,andα-cyclocitral were studied,and the Oxford cup method and twofold dilution method were used to determine the antibacterial effects of the four plant essential oils against nine bacterial pathogens.The results showed that at a concentration of 100.00 mL/L,3-carene had the best antibacterial effect on Edwardsiella,V.antiquarius,V.parahaemolyticus and V.alginolyticus,with MIC values of 50,50,25 and 50 mL/L,respectively,and all had inhibition zone diameters>20.00 mm,indicating extreme sensitivity.At a concentration of 100.00 mL/L,α-cyclocitral had inhibition zone diameters>20.00 mm against Vibrio alginolyticus,V.fluvialis,V.parahaemolyticus,Staphylococcus aureus,and V.antiquarius,indicating extreme sensitivity.Linalool had the strongest antibacterial effect on V.parahaemolyticus and V.fluvialis,with MIC values of 3.125 mL/L,and inhibition zone diameters>20 mm,indicating extreme sensitivity.Cis-Jasmone had the best antibacterial effect on V.fluvialis and Escherichia coli,with inhibition zone diameters of 37.30 mm and 30.67 mm,respectively,indicating extreme sensitivity.The study suggests that 3-carene andα-cyclocitral have broad-spectrum antibacterial effects.
