摘  要:试验旨在探究不同程度的干旱胁迫对12种美国‘WL’系列紫花苜蓿的抗旱相关生理指标的影响。利用水培法对12种美国‘WL’系列紫花苜蓿进行干旱胁迫处理,测定其地上部长、地下部长、发芽率、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重等7个抗旱相关生理指标,结合主成分分析、隶属函数法及抗旱性的综合评价(D)值综合评价不同品种的抗旱性。结果显示:当PEG-6000溶液浓度为10%时,D值综合排名前5为WL343HQ、WL903、WL168HQ、WL319HQ、WL440HQ;当PEG-6000溶液浓度为20%时,D值综合排名前5为WL343HQ、WL440HQ、WL319HQ、WL168HQ、WL354HQ;当PEG-6000溶液浓度为30%时,D值综合排名前5为WL656HQ、WL343HQ、WL358HQ、WL903、WL363HQ。研究表明,WL343HQ综合表现较好,适宜在不同程度的干旱地区种植。The experiment aimed to explore the effects of different levels of drought stress on the physiological indicators related to drought resistance of 12 American'WL'series Medicago sativa.Hydroponic method was used to subject 12 American'WL'series Medicago sativa to drought stress treatment,and seven physiological indicators related to drought resistance,including aboveground length,underground length,germination rate,aboveground fresh weight,and underground fresh weight and so on were measured.Combined with principal component analysis,membership function method,and D-value comprehensive evaluation,the drought resistance of different varieties was evaluated.The results showed that when the concentration of PEG-6000 solution was 10%,the top five in the D-value comprehensive ranking were WL343HQ,WL903,WL168HQ,WL319HQ,and WL440HQ.When the concentration of PEG-6000 solution was 20%,the top five in the D-value comprehensive ranking were WL343HQ,WL440HQ,WL319HQ,WL168HQ,and WL354HQ.When the concentration of PEG-6000 solution was 30%,the top five in the D-value comprehensive ranking were WL656HQ,WL343HQ,WL358HQ,WL903,and WL363HQ.The study show that WL343HQ had a better comprehensive performance and is suitable for planting in areas with different levels of drought.
