摘　　要：研究基于我国5省540户肉鸭养殖调研数据,利用数据包络分析(DEA)和Tobit模型相结合的方法,对肉鸭养殖户的技术效率和规模效率进行测算,并对效率的关键影响因素进行分析。结果表明,我国肉鸭养殖整体规模效率较高,但四川省和福建省的技术效率明显低于其他省份。饲料投入规模与技术效率和规模效率之间呈“倒U型”关系,且不同规模下,饲料投入规模对技术效率和规模效率的影响存在差异。医疗投入结构、人工投入结构、饲料报酬、养殖户年龄对肉鸭养殖效率存在负向影响,而养殖户受教育程度对肉鸭养殖效率存在正向影响,且网上平养和笼养模式对肉鸭养殖效率的提升更为有利。因此,文章建议合理规划饲料投入和人力资源等生产要素结构,避免资源浪费,降低养殖成本,促进农民增收,推动我国肉鸭产业的可持续发展。The research used a combination of data envelopment analysis(DEA)and Tobit model to measure the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 540 meat duck farming households in five provinces of China,and analyze the key factors affecting efficiency based on survey data.The results showed that the overall scale efficiency of meat duck farming in China is relatively high,but the technical efficiency in Sichuan and Fujian provinces was significantly lower than in other provinces.There was an inverted U-shaped relationship between the scale of feed input and technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the impact of feed input scale on technical efficiency and scale efficiency varies at different scales.The structure of medical investment,the structure of artificial investment,feed compensation,and the age of the breeder had a negative impact on the efficiency of meat duck farming,while the education level of the breeder had a positive impact on the efficiency of meat duck farming,online flat farming and cage farming models were more favorable for improving the efficiency of meat duck farming.Therefore,it is recommended to plan the production factor structure such as feed input and human resources reasonably,avoid wasting resources,reduce breeding costs,promote farmers'income increase,and promote the sustainable development of Chinese meat duck industry.
