摘  要:目前国内铁路站、段和厂矿企业中DF_(5)、DF_(7C)、DF_(7G)、DF_(12)等型号的老旧型内燃机车使用占比较大,随着国家能源安全、“双碳”目标和交通强国等政策的提出,轨道交通装备能源低碳化、无碳化转型升级势在必行。以DF_(4B)型内燃机车为代表进行氢能源改造,为老旧型内燃机车新能源升级提供新的发展思路,结合大容量高压氢气的存储、供给、控制等安全要求,提出了一套满足多燃料电池系统的储氢系统设计方案。Currently,a large proportion of old diesel locomotives such as DF5,DF7C,DF7G,and DF12 are used in railway stations,depots,and industrial and mining enterprises in China.With the policies such as national energy security,"dual carbon"goals,and building a country with great transport strength proposing,it is imperative to upgrade rail transit equipment to use low-carbon and carbon-free energy.Modifying DF4B diesel locomotives with hydrogen energy provides a new development approach for upgrading older diesel locomotives with new energy sources.Considering the safety requirements for the storage,supply,and control of high-capacity high-pressure hydrogen,we proposed a design scheme for a hydrogen storage system that meets the needs of multiple fuel cell systems.
