摘  要:纯电机车不同于传统电力机车采用接触网供电系统,是由车载动力电池供电系统为实现绿色、经济、环保、低噪音等提供了解决方案。为将电池供电系统电能传输给电传动系统,引用了一种适配六轴轴控纯电机车的牵引辅助变流柜设计方案,结合牵引辅助变流柜主电路拓扑图,从设计参数、结构布局、散热仿真等方面阐述牵引辅助变流柜的设计合理性。Pure electric locomotives are different from traditional electric locomotives powered by overhead contact line.They are powered by onboard power batteries,providing a solution for achieving green,economical,environmentally friendly,and low-noise operations.In order to transmit electrical energy from the battery power supply system to the electric transmission system,we introduced a design scheme of a traction auxiliary converter cabinet adapted to six-axle individual axle control pure electric locomotives.Combining with the main circuit topology diagram of the traction auxiliary converter cabinet,the paper explains the design rationality from the aspects of design parameters,structural layout,and heat dissipating simulation.
