摘  要:过分相地感器是动车组磁钢过分相系统的关键组成,性能优劣直接影响行车安全和运行秩序。基于广州动车段配属CRH1A平台动车组过分相地感器运用过程中存在的问题,对地感器频繁发生故障的原因进行深入研究,针对故障特点,分析了地感器失效的潜在因素,提出故障排查思路和防控优化方案,有效提高运用过程中的故障容错率,为各平台动车组处理和防控同类过分相地感器故障提供思路。The ground sensor of over-split phase is a key component in the magnetic steel over-split phase system of MUs,and its performance directly affects traffic safety and operation order.Based on the problems encountered during the operation of ground sensors for CRHIA platform EMUs assigned to Guangzhou EMU Depot,we researched on the causes of frequent faults in ground sensors,analyzed potential factors causing ground sensor failure based on the characteristics of the faults,and proposed troubleshooting ideas and prevention optimization schemes,which effectively improves the fault tolerance rate during operation,and provides ideas for handling and preventing similar faults in various platform EMUs.
