“五个共同”史观的形成与中国边疆学知识体系建构

摘　　要：无论是多元一体中华民族,还是多元一体中华文明,都以“五个共同”为基本内涵,其核心要义是统一的多民族国家。这就决定了中国统一的多民族国家之边疆的国家政治属性、国内民族属性、文明文化属性、地理边缘属性、生态屏障属性、开放前沿属性。习近平总书记提出推进中国式现代化边疆地区一个都不能少,以及加快建构中国自主的边疆学知识体系的研究任务。由此,边疆学成为总书记亲自点名确立的学科。“五个共同”史观的形成,以及推动中华民族共同体建设作为边疆民族地区工作主线的确立,都决定了中华民族共同体所蕴含的法理、事理、学理,不仅具有重大的原创理论价值,而且具有现实实践指导意义。方国瑜与费孝通关于中国边疆治理具有完全主权与否的学术争论,为中国边疆史提供了重要法理资源与书写路径启示。Whether it is the multi-unity of the Chinese nation or the multi-unity of Chinese civilization,both are based on the"five commonalities"with the core essence of being a unified multi-ethnic state.This determines the national political attributes,domestic ethnic attributes,cultural and civilizational attributes,geographical marginal attributes,ecological barrier attributes,and open frontier attributes of the frontier regions of China′s unified multi-ethnic state.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed advancing the modernization of the Chinese model in the frontier regions,leaving no one behind,and accelerating the construction of an independent knowledge system of frontier studies.Consequently,frontier studies have become a discipline personally named by the General Secretary.The development of the"five commonalities"historical perspective and the establishment of promoting the construction of the Chinese national community as the main line of work in frontier ethnic regions have determined that the legal,practical,and academic principles contained within the Chinese national community possess not only significant original theoretical value but also practical guiding significance for real-world practice.The academic debate between Fang Guoyu and Fei Xiaotong regarding China′s complete sovereignty over frontier governance has provided significant legal resources and writing path enlightenment for the history of China's frontier regions.
