摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,以此推动各民族坚定对伟大祖国、中华民族、中华文化、中国共产党、中国特色社会主义的高度认同,不断推进中华民族共同体建设。《宪法》是规制中华民族共同体建设的根本法,中华民族是中华民族共同体创造者、建设者的实体,中华民族共同体是56个民族的共有精神家园,铸牢共同体意识的目的是增强对中华民族的认同。《宪法》赋予中华民族共同体建设真实的权力,以及全过程人民民主可靠的制度保证,以保障人民民主、法治和人权的有序推进,实现中华民族伟大复兴进入不可逆转的历史进程。展示宪法对中华民族共同体建设价值的路径是:遵循《宪法》是一切法律规范的根据和法源原则,强化《宪法》监督是确保国家权力人民性的关键,坚持合宪性审查制度是依宪治国和依宪执政的保证。The main line of the Party′s national work in the new era is to strengthen the consciousness of Chinese national community,thereby promoting a strong sense of identification with the great motherland,the Chinese nation,Chinese culture,the Communist Party of China,and socialism with Chinese characteristics,and continuously advancing the construction of the Chinese national community.The Constitution is the fundamental law that governs the construction of the Chinese national community.The Chinese nation is the entity of the creators and builders of the Chinese national community.The Chinese national community serves as the shared spiritual home for the 56 ethnic groups.The aim of reinforcing community consciousness is to bolster identification with the Chinese nation.The Constitution empowers the construction of the Chinese national community and provides a reliable institutional guarantee for the entire process of people′s democracy.The Constitution guarantees the orderly advancement of people′s democracy,the rule of law and human rights,and realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation into an irreversible historical process.The path to demonstrate the constitutional value of constructing the Chinese nation community is:adhering to the Constitution as the basis and principle of all legal norms,strengthening the supervision of the Constitution is key to ensuring the people′s nature of state power,and upholding the constitutional review system is the guarantee of constitution-based governance and administration.
