新疆喀什地区疏勒县职业互嵌型社区研究

摘　　要：互嵌式社区是深化民族交往交流交融、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的社会基础。新疆喀什地区疏勒县S社区由14个单位制大院和4个商品房小区构成,在长期的历史发展过程中形成以职业为基础的居住格局、以市场为基础的生活互嵌、以邻里—街道—小区—社区圏层为基础的职业互嵌型社区。其中原因,与疏勒县位于沙漠边缘绿洲和丝路要冲的地理位置、两千多年来东西方各族人口在此定居并外延,以及社会分工背景下的行业细化密切相关。这一互嵌式社区对当今以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线、构建全方位互嵌式社区有重要启示。Inter-embedded communities serve as the social foundation for deepening ethnic exchanges and integration while reinforcing the Consciousness of the Chinese national community.The S Community in Shule County,Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang,comprises 14 state-owned work-unit compounds and 4 commercial housing complexes.Through prolonged historical development,it has evolved into an occupationally embedded community characterized by occupational clustering-based residential patterns,market-driven livelihood interdependencies,and multi-layered occupational embeddedness spanning neighborhoods,streets,residential complexes,and community spheres.This configuration stems from Shule′s unique geographical position as an oasis hub along the ancient Silk Road′s desert fringe,its two-millennia history as a settlement for diverse ethnic groups migrating from eastern and western regions,and the professional specialization engendered by the social division of labor.Such inter-embedded community patterns offer significant insights for contemporary efforts to construct comprehensive embedded communities centered on strengthening the Chinese national community consciousness.
