情感重构搬迁社区治理共同体的三阶路径——基于L县易地扶贫搬迁社区的田野考察

摘　　要：传统治理模式偏重物质供给而忽视情感动员,导致社区陷入“低信任—弱参与”的集体行动困境。通过对L县易地扶贫搬迁社区治理“入场期—造场期—固场期”的动态过程分析,归纳出情感重构搬迁社区治理共同体的三阶路径,即个体情感调适—群体关系重塑—集体认同培育。当然这一过程不仅依赖政策设计与文化适配,更需在“效率与温度”“传统与现代”“技术与人文”的张力中寻求动态平衡。The traditional governance model emphasizes material supply and ignores emotional mobilization,which leads to the collective action dilemma of"low trust-weak participation".Through the analysis of the dynamic process of"admission period-field-building period-field-fixing period"of community governance for ex situ poverty alleviation in L county,the third-order path of emotional reconstruction and relocation of community governance community is summarized,that is,individual emotional adjustment-group relationship remodeling-collective identity cultivation.Of course,this process not only depends on the policy design and cultural adaptation,but also needs to seek a dynamic balance in the tension of"efficiency and temperature","tradition and modernity"and"technology and humanity".
