“双工联动”的“量”与“质”对城市老年义工志愿服务动机的影响研究  

The Impact of the′Quantity′and′Quality′of′Social Worker-Volunteer′Linkages on the Motivation of Urban Elderly Volunteers

摘　　要：社会工作者与义工的联动(即“双工联动”)在老年志愿服务中普遍存在,但其频次与质量对城市老年义工服务动机的影响有待深入研究。通过分析2021年广东省社会工作者与志愿者合作促进会收集的“志愿服务获得感”数据发现,“双工联动”的频次和互动质量均对老年义工的志愿服务动机产生积极影响,其中互动质量对服务动机的影响更为显著。此外,老年义工对社工主导型地位的认同在互动质量与服务动机之间起到显著的中介作用,即高质量的双工互动经历会明显增加老年义工对社工主导型地位关系的主观认同,进而会强化其志愿服务动机。研究表明“双工联动”对老年志愿服务的可持续发展具有重要意义,建议制定有效政策以提高“双工联动”的频次与质量,并深化老年义工对该机制的理解与认同。The collaboration between social workers and volunteers,known as the′social worker-volunteer linkage′,is prevalent in elderly volunteer services.However,the impact of its frequency and quality on the motivation of urban elderly volunteers has not been thoroughly investigated.This paper analyzes data on the′sense of gain from volunteer services′collected by the Guangdong Social Worker and Volunteer Cooperation Promotion Association in 2021.The findings suggest that both the frequency and the quality of interaction in the′social worker-volunteer linkage′significantly and positively influences the motivation of elderly volunteers,with the quality of interaction having a more pronounced effect.Furthermore,the elderly volunteers′recognition of the pivotal role of social workers significantly mediates the relationship between the quality of interaction and service motivation.In other words,high-quality interactions between social workers and volunteers greatly enhance the elderly volunteers′subjective acknowledgment of the social workers′pivotal role,thereby bolstering their motivation to volunteer.The study underscores the importance of the′social worker-volunteer connection′for the sustainable development of elderly volunteer services.It recommends the creation of effective policies to increase the frequency and quality of this connection and to deepen the understanding and recognition of this dynamic among elderly volunteers.
